The server for dearcase.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chome and AOL – that allows only dearcase.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a gift card code issued to the email address on file for the order.
